Services
- Individual therapy by video, 50-minute sessions, bulk billed for patients with both a Mental Health Treatment Plan and an eligible referral, with no gap for the patient.
- ADHD assessment by telehealth at a flat private fee of $360 including the report. Patients can self-refer for assessment; therapy afterwards is bulk billed when both a Mental Health Treatment Plan and an eligible referral are in place.
Good referrals for this practice
Patients 16 and over who can engage by video and have a private space. The ADHD assessment begins with a free 15-minute consult. Common presentations: anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and adjustment.
Not suitable: acute crisis, active psychosis, high risk of harm, or presentations needing intensive coordinated care.
How to refer
Send referrals and Mental Health Treatment Plans via HealthLink secure messaging (EDI: ixencion). Each referral is acknowledged.
If the patient holds the documents, Ixencion provides a private secure upload route during setup. Email is for administrative questions only; do not attach referral or clinical documents to ordinary email.
What your patient can expect
Your patient can expect an explanation of telehealth suitability, fees, privacy, booking and next steps before care begins. Therapy sessions are 50 minutes by video. With a valid referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan, sessions are bulk billed with no gap for the patient. The ADHD assessment is a flat private fee of $360 including the report and starts with a free 15-minute consult.
Care and communication
You receive a written report after each course of treatment. Written updates are also provided after the initial consultation and at course review. Reporting to the referrer is part of the referral, so it does not depend on separate consent.
Referral eligibility
From November 2025, Better Access referrals must come from the patient’s usual practice or their MyMedicare-registered practice, a psychiatrist, or a paediatrician. Referrals run per course of treatment, not a calendar period.
